Selection Procedure

Our staff has to go through a series of extensive selection procedure to be able to enter MSM Security. The selection is based on certain values and characteristics, without which, a person cannot be hired.

Guards Selection Criteria

  • An ex-army person aging between 30-50 yrs
  • Minimum Height 170 cms
  • Minimum Weight 60 Kg
  • Medically fit with category “A”
  • 10 Years Army Service Experience
  • Detailed interview before induction by GM
  • Their credentials are verified by Regimental centers/local police

Traning Procedure

Our Personnel have to meet the most extensive and stringent professional requirements to go through comprehensive multitudinous training prior to any assignment.

Induction Training



  • Separate training methodology is adopted for civilians and Ex-army men

  • Training is also conducted twice a month on client’s premises
