Selection Procedure

Our staff has to go through a series of extensive selection procedure to be able to enter MSM Security. The selection is based on certain values and characteristics, without which, a person cannot be hired.

Guards Selection Criteria

  • Ex-Army Person

  • Age 35-50

  • Minimum Height 5.7

  • Minimum Weight 60 Kg

  • Medically fit

  • Honest and Trustworthy

  • 10 Years Army Service Experience

  • Regimental Centers/ Local Police Verification

Induction Procedure

  • Mostly Ex-Service man

  • Suitable Physical outlook

  • Medical Cat “A”

  • Height minimum 5'7”

  • Below 55 years

  • Below 55 years

  • Height minimum 5'7”

  • Detailed interview by GM

  • Should have good Aiming skills

  • Special branch

  • Police

  • Army Centers

  • NADRA

  • TEVTA

  • Three references

Traning Procedure

Our Personnel have to meet the most extensive and stringent professional requirements to go through comprehensive multitudinous training prior to any assignment.
